Terms of Service
Effective date: 1 October 2026
The short version
- Inisio is a monthly subscription for coaches using it in their business. There is no free trial.
- If it isn’t right for you, email us within 14 days of your first payment for a full refund. You can cancel any time.
- Your content and your prospects’ answers belong to you. We process prospect data only to run Inisio for you.
- AI-generated questions and reports are guidance. You review them and make your own decisions.
- Our liability is capped at what you paid us in the previous 12 months. English law applies.
This summary is for convenience. The full terms below are what apply.
1. About These Terms and Who We Are
These terms govern your use of Inisio, the client qualification app at inisioapp.com (the “Service”). Inisio is provided by Andras Bodnar, a sole trader trading as Coaching Redefined, Unit A, 82 James Carter Road, Mildenhall, IP28 7DE, UK (“we”, “us”, “our”). You can contact us at [email protected].
By creating an account or subscribing, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. How we handle personal data is explained in our Privacy Policy.
2. Business Use Only
Inisio is a tool for coaches and other professionals to use in the course of their business. By using it, you confirm that you are acting for business purposes and not as a consumer, and that you are at least 18 years old. If you use Inisio on behalf of a company or organisation, you confirm you have authority to accept these terms for it.
3. Your Account
- Keep the information in your account accurate and up to date.
- Each account is for one person. Do not share your login, and keep your password secure.
- Tell us straight away at [email protected] if you think someone has used your account without permission.
- You are responsible for activity on your account, including the assessments you publish and the links you share.
4. Plans, Prices and Payment
- Standard: £89 per month.
- Early Access: £49 per month, available to the first 20 coaches. Your Early Access rate stays the same for as long as your subscription remains active. If you cancel and later resubscribe, the current Standard price applies.
Both plans include the same features. Prices are in pounds sterling (GBP); if your card is in another currency, your bank may charge conversion fees. We are not VAT-registered, so no VAT is added to our prices.
Fair use. Each plan includes up to 100 prospect reports per calendar month. This is a fair-use limit, not a hard cut-off: your assessment link keeps working if you go over it. If your use is consistently above the limit, we will contact you to agree a suitable arrangement before making any change to your plan.
Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance and renew automatically on the same date each month until you cancel. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your full card details. You must keep a valid payment method on file. If a payment fails, Stripe may retry it, and we may suspend paid features until it is paid. If a payment remains unpaid for 30 days, we may end your subscription.
If we ever show a price in error, we will contact you before taking payment at the correct price, and you can choose not to go ahead. Price changes are covered in section 16.
5. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We want you to subscribe with confidence, so there is no risk in trying Inisio.
- If you are not happy with Inisio for any reason, email [email protected] within 14 days of your first subscription payment and ask for a refund.
- You don’t need to give a reason, though we’d welcome your feedback.
- We will refund your first payment in full to the card you paid with, and cancel your subscription. Access to paid features ends when the refund is issued.
- Refunds usually appear on your statement within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.
- The guarantee applies once per coach, to the first payment of your first subscription. It does not apply to later monthly renewals.
6. Cancelling and Ending Your Subscription
You can cancel at any time from the billing settings in your account, or by emailing [email protected]. When you cancel, you keep access until the end of the month you have already paid for, and you won’t be charged again. Apart from the money-back guarantee in section 5, we don’t give refunds or credits for part-used months.
We may suspend or close your account if:
- you seriously or repeatedly breach these terms, including the acceptable use rules in section 11;
- a payment is more than 30 days overdue;
- we reasonably believe your account is being used unlawfully or puts the security of the Service or other users at risk.
Where it is reasonable to do so, we will warn you first and give you a chance to put things right. If we decide to stop offering Inisio altogether, we will give you at least 30 days’ notice and refund any payment for time you have not been able to use.
When your account is closed, your public assessment link stops working. We will delete your account data, assessments and prospect submissions within 90 days, unless the law requires us to keep something longer (for example, billing records). Please save copies of any reports you want to keep before closing your account.
7. The Service and Availability
We work hard to keep Inisio running smoothly, but we provide it “as is” and cannot promise it will always be available, uninterrupted or error-free. We may need to pause it for maintenance, fixes or updates, and will try to give notice of planned downtime. We improve Inisio over time and may add, change or remove features. If we make a change that significantly reduces what your plan includes, we will tell you in advance and you can cancel.
8. AI-Generated Content
Inisio uses artificial intelligence to analyse the information you provide, write assessment questions and follow-ups, and produce reports, including fit and readiness scores. AI output can be incomplete, inaccurate or unsuitable, so:
- review your assessment questions before sharing your link with prospects;
- treat reports and scores as guidance to prepare for a conversation, not as a definitive judgement about any person;
- make your own decisions about who you work with, and do not rely on Inisio as the sole basis for decisions that have legal or similarly significant effects on someone;
- remember that Inisio does not provide professional, medical, psychological, legal or financial advice.
You are responsible for how you use AI-generated content and for the decisions you make with it.
9. Your Content and Your Prospects’ Data
You keep ownership of the content you put into Inisio (such as your website details, offer and coaching approach), the assessments created for you, your prospects’ answers and the reports generated from them (“Your Content”). You give us permission to host, copy, process and display Your Content only as needed to provide and support the Service.
You confirm that you have the right to provide Your Content, and that you have a lawful basis and give your prospects appropriate privacy information (for example, in your own privacy notice) for collecting their information through your assessment.
We may create anonymised and aggregated data from use of the Service (for example, average completion rates or score ranges across all coaches) and use it to operate, improve and develop Inisio. This data never identifies you, your prospects or any other person.
10. Our Intellectual Property
Inisio, including its software, design, branding and content (other than Your Content), belongs to us or our licensors. While your subscription is active, we give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service for your business. You must not copy, resell, sublicense, reverse engineer or build a competing product from the Service. If you send us feedback or suggestions, we may use them freely to improve Inisio.
11. Acceptable Use
You must not use Inisio to:
- break any law or regulation, or help anyone else to do so;
- collect information from people without a lawful basis, or ask prospects for sensitive information you do not genuinely need;
- publish content that is misleading, defamatory, discriminatory, hateful, harassing or obscene, or that infringes anyone’s rights;
- send spam or unsolicited bulk messages;
- upload viruses or malicious code, attempt to gain unauthorised access, or disrupt or overload the Service;
- use bots, scrapers or other automated means to access the Service, except through features we provide;
- impersonate anyone or misrepresent your relationship with us.
12. Data Protection and Processing Terms
For your own account and billing information, we are the controller, as described in our Privacy Policy. For the personal data your prospects submit through your assessments, you are the controller and we are your processor. In that role we will:
- process prospect data only on your documented instructions, which are these terms and your use of the Service, unless the law requires otherwise (in which case we will tell you, if allowed);
- make sure anyone who processes the data is bound by confidentiality;
- use appropriate technical and organisational security measures, including encryption in transit and access controls;
- help you, taking into account the nature of the processing, to respond to requests from prospects exercising their rights and to meet your security, breach-notification and impact-assessment obligations;
- tell you without undue delay after becoming aware of a personal data breach affecting your prospect data;
- delete prospect data when your account is closed, as described in section 6, unless the law requires us to keep it;
- make available the information reasonably needed to show we meet these obligations, and allow for and contribute to reasonable audits.
Sub-processors. You authorise us to use the sub-processors below. We will give you at least 30 days’ notice by email before adding or replacing a sub-processor. If you object, you may cancel your subscription. We put written terms in place with each sub-processor that protect the data to the same standard, and we remain responsible for their performance.
| Sub-processor | Purpose | Location |
|---|---|---|
| Abacus.AI, Inc. | App hosting, database storage, AI processing (assessment questions and reports) and notification emails | USA |
International transfers. Where prospect data is transferred outside the UK or EEA to a country without an adequacy decision, the transfer is protected by the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses and the UK International Data Transfer Addendum, or another lawful safeguard.
Processing details. Subject matter and purpose: providing the Service to you, including hosting your assessments, collecting prospect answers, generating reports and sending notifications. Personal data: prospect names, contact details if you ask for them, and assessment answers. Data subjects: your prospects and potential clients. Duration: while your account is active, plus the deletion period in section 6.
13. Our Liability to You
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot be limited or excluded by law.
Subject to that:
- we are not liable for loss of profits, revenue, business, clients, opportunity, goodwill or reputation, or for any indirect or consequential loss;
- we are not liable for decisions you make based on AI-generated content, or for loss of data you could have avoided by keeping your own copies;
- our total liability to you for all claims arising out of or in connection with these terms or the Service, whether in contract, tort (including negligence) or otherwise, is limited to the total fees you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.
You agree to compensate us for reasonable losses and costs arising from third-party claims caused by your breach of these terms or by Your Content, including a failure to have a lawful basis for collecting your prospects’ information.
14. Events Outside Our Control
We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, such as outages at our hosting or internet providers, cyber attacks, power failures, natural disasters, pandemics, war or government action. We will tell you as soon as we reasonably can and do what we can to limit the impact. If such an event stops the Service for more than 30 days, either of us may end your subscription and we will refund any payment for time you could not use.
15. Communications
We will email you about your account, billing, security and important changes to the Service or these terms. We will only send marketing emails if you have agreed to receive them, and you can unsubscribe at any time.
16. Changes to Prices or These Terms
If we change the Standard price or make a material change to these terms, we will tell you by email at least 30 days before the change affects your subscription, so you can cancel first if you wish. Minor changes that don’t affect your rights, such as corrections or clarifications, take effect when we publish them. We will update the effective date above whenever these terms change.
17. General
- These terms, together with our Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and us about the Service.
- We may transfer our rights and obligations under these terms to someone else, for example if we sell or incorporate the business. We will tell you if this happens, and your rights will not be reduced. You may not transfer yours without our written consent.
- Nobody other than you and us has any right to enforce these terms.
- If a court finds part of these terms unenforceable, the rest stays in force.
- If we delay enforcing any part of these terms, we can still enforce it later.
18. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or the Service (including non-contractual disputes or claims), are governed by the law of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
